Kiersten joined the family business, following her father’s footsteps, in 2005 and became a Personal Lines insurance agent after 10 years of owning her own business.
She has been married to her high school sweetheart for 28 years; they have four boys and one amazing little grandson. In her free time, she keeps very busy with football, wrestling, baseball and just being with her family.
She is also involved in various groups within the community and the Stayton High School sports program.
With a true passion for helping other people and an old fashioned approach to customer service, She is a true asset to the agency.

Kat Thomas
Life Insurance Agent
Kat started part time at her family insurance agency at age 16, was licensed in 1992 and joined our team in November of 2013.
She brings 50 years of experience to the agency and is continually striving to bring quality service and rates to our clients.
Kat and her husband, Kevin, are active at Calvary Chapel and enjoy organic gardening, breeding Dachshunds, and spending time with family and their grandchildren.
Her expertise in auto, home, life, and commercial business insurance have proven to be very valuable financially to our customers.

Stacy Langford
Processing Agent
Stacy has been with the James Reed and Associates family since October of 2019, after she obtained her insurance license in Property Casualty and Life in March of 2019.
Stacy brought those valuable skills to our agency, where she works to develop solutions that benefit every client.
In her off time, she loves to relax with her husband Theo, attend University of Oregon football games (Go Ducks!), as well as garden, travel, and care for their three Great Pyreneese, Porter, Paisley and Piper.
Her background prior to that was in the banking industry as an Assistant Loan Officer, where she developed a deep desire to help people with their financial needs.

Stacey Ramon
Commercial & Small Business Agent
Stacey started in Customer Service with James Reed in the Spring of 2022. Less than a year later, she obtained her Property & Casualty Insurance License and has quickly moved into her role as our Commercial & Small Business Agent.
Prior to joining our agency, Stacey helped medical professionals keep their credentials current and worked in the medical insurance industry. Stacey also earned her associate degree in psychology and bachelor’s degree in human services/management while working full time and raising her family. She has a love of learning and a passion for helping others.
Stacey and her husband have three daughters at home. Family time is their priority, and everyone who walks through their front door is considered family. They volunteer with YoungLives, mentoring teen moms and introducing them to Jesus.
With her attention to detail and care for others, Stacey is a great fit for our team.

Samantha McGinniss
Customer Service Representative
Samantha is our newest team member to the personal lines department and is in the works of becoming a licensed agent.
Moving from Virginia to Oregon seven years ago, marked a significant chapter in Samantha's journey. Since then, shes transitioned from owning her own coffee business to becoming an integral part of our Agency.
Samantha's path reflects her resilience and adaptability. She loves a good challenge and has a keen eye for opportunity. These qualities resonate in her interactions with clients and colleagues, making her an indispensable member of our team.
Samanthas driving force is her family; Zach and their two beautiful daughters, Aria age 12 and Rorie age 8. They enjoy camping and hot summer days at the river.
