In 1981, Jim Reed opened a small, independent insurance agency in Salem, Oregon. His primary focus was to provide insurance coverages and risk-management services to local ministries. His commitment was to serve these organizations with the kind of service that has become increasingly rare. The kind where clients receive professional, non-biased advice and expertise with no strings attached.
Nearly 40 years later, over 1,000 ministries and other non-profit organizations have chosen to partner with James Reed & Associates. Our clients are still served by a family-owned agency where they come first. Although we leverage some of the best technology to serve clients, we still provide that feel-good, person-to-person service and expertise that our clients value and appreciate.
